Develop and validate architectural power-estimation models and related tooling for NVIDIA GPUs and SoCs. The role works across architecture, design, synthesis, timing, circuit, and post-silicon teams to estimate chip and board power under product use-cases and to guide power/performance trade-offs.
Entry-level β typically 2+ years of relevant experience in power/performance estimation and optimization.
Primary responsibilities include building models, developing estimation infrastructure, and correlating results with silicon; influence chip configuration and power/performance decisions.
