Role Summary
Member of the NVIDIA Chip Design group responsible for verification of performance and power-management IP. The role focuses on RTL verification, building reference models, and validating functionality, performance and power requirements in close collaboration with design and architecture teams.
Experience Level
Mid-level — typically requires 3+ years of RTL verification experience.
Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include:
- Join a combined design and verification team for performance and power-management IPs.
- Develop reference models, verification environments, and testbenches.
- Verify RTL and run simulations to validate functionality, performance, and power against specifications.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Micro-Architecture, and Design teams to debug issues and close verification coverage.
Requirements
Key qualifications and skills.
- Must-have: 3+ years of RTL verification experience.
- Must-have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with SystemVerilog and UVM.
Education Requirements
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
