Role Summary
Join the Chip Design team at Annapurna Labs to design and deliver SoC features for the AWS Graviton processor line. The team covers the full chip development cycle from architecture and RTL implementation through tape-out and mass production.
The role focuses on RTL design, system-level debugging, verification, and IP integration while collaborating with product definition, physical design, validation, and software teams.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include delivering RTL/IP within a complex SoC and driving features from micro-architecture to production.
- Drive SoC development from micro-architecture definition through tape-out.
- Design and implement RTL blocks inside a complex semiconductor platform.
- Perform system-level debugging and performance analysis.
- Lead pre- and post-silicon verification activities for assigned design areas.
- Define and execute IP integration strategies and collaborate on integration plans.
- Ensure quality and reliability across deliverables and design flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Product Definition, Verification, Physical Design, and Software Engineering.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and capabilities; preferred items listed as nice-to-have.
- Must-have: Knowledge of digital logic systems and computer architecture.
- Must-have: Ability to debug system-level issues and collaborate across engineering disciplines.
- Nice-to-have: Experience or familiarity with Verilog/SystemVerilog and RTL implementation.
- Nice-to-have: Background in processor or fabric design architectures.
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with communication protocols such as AXI, CHI, PCIe, UCIe, DDR.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with IP integration concepts and CPU architecture.
- Nice-to-have: Fluent English.
Education Requirements
BSc (Bachelor of Science) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is specified.
