Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include improving tool uptime and reliability, reducing costs, and advancing automation and maintenance strategies.
- Increase equipment utilization, yield, and reliability.
- Introduce and implement predictive maintenance models to reduce downtime and prevent defects.
- Plan and execute legacy tool sunset and roadmap transitions to reduce risk and cost.
- Drive cost-per-tool reduction via lean methods and productivity improvements.
- Develop automation, AI, and machine-learning solutions to enhance tool performance and accuracy.
- Improve foundational practices and workforce readiness through system and skillset development.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering required. Degree level: Bachelor's degree. CGPA 3.0 or above. Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
