Work includes developing SystemVerilog testbenches and regression environments, coordinating with design and system teams, and improving verification flows and tools.

Experience Level

Entry-level / early career — targeted to recent graduates participating in TI's Career Accelerator Program.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focused on mixed-signal design verification for DACs.

  • Develop detailed verification plans in collaboration with design and system teams to ensure first‑pass silicon success.
  • Implement SystemVerilog-based testbenches, tests, and simulations for RTL and gated-level (GLS) flows.
  • Evaluate digital systems and functional blocks that interface with mixed-signal models.
  • Run coverage regressions and work toward defined coverage goals.
  • Track and communicate verification status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Use and develop regression tools and scripts to submit and manage regression runs.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in DV strategy, tools, methods, and flows.
  • Collaborate across functions and gain exposure to digital and analog design through learning and on‑the‑job projects.

Requirements

Key skills and attributes expected for success in the role. Degree and GPA requirements are listed in Education Requirements below.

  • Familiarity with HDL and verification concepts (SystemVerilog experience is valuable).
  • Basic knowledge of analog circuit theory and simulation tools (preferred).
  • Strong debugging skills, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Experience or aptitude for scripting and using regression/automation tools.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, work in cross-functional teams, take initiative, and meet project deadlines.
