Role Summary

Architect AI-driven CAD infrastructure that integrates agentic AI and LLM orchestration into SoC IP design and verification workflows. Own architecture, prototyping, and scaling of multi-agent orchestration layers within the Silicon Lifecycle Management IP Development team in Bengaluru.

Experience Level

Senior — requires 8+ years of hands-on experience in CAD flows and infrastructure for silicon design environments.

Responsibilities

Translate IP design and verification needs into deployable AI-CAD architectures; lead prototyping and production rollouts.

• Architect next-generation AI-powered CAD infrastructure and multi-agent workflows for IP design, verification, and lifecycle analytics.
• Integrate Agentic AI platforms with EDA toolchains; design orchestration layers connecting LLMs, agents, and tools.
• Prototype, validate, and iterate AI–CAD integrations in live development environments and scale successful proofs-of-concept.
• Collaborate with IP designers, CAD engineers, and global AI platform teams to align solutions with deployment constraints.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure across the full IP lifecycle.
• Define technical strategy and roadmap for AI-augmented CAD systems within SLM.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience; items listed are required unless noted as preferred.

• At least 8 years building and deploying production CAD flows and infrastructure in silicon design environments.
• Proven experience implementing agentic AI frameworks, LLM orchestration, or autonomous agent systems in production.
• Deep technical understanding of IP development, verification methodologies, and lifecycle management workflows.
• Production-grade Python and C++ development skills; proficiency with EDA scripting languages (Tcl, Perl, Shell).
• Track record of architecting scalable systems that bridge EDA toolchains and modern software platforms with demonstrable deployment outcomes.
• Experience prototyping and iterating with real design teams; strong stakeholder communication and alignment skills.
• Nice-to-have: experience with Silicon Lifecycle Management concepts such as in-chip sensing, telemetry, and analytics.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, VLSI, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
