BE Equipment Engineer
Role Summary
Lead equipment-related projects and quality improvement initiatives within Backend Test manufacturing. Ensure equipment reliability, manage equipment-related risks, support new-equipment qualification and validation, and drive continuous improvement to meet operational and quality targets.

Responsibilities
Primary duties focus on equipment introduction, risk mitigation, quality improvement, and cross-functional coordination.
- Lead new equipment introduction and equipment improvement projects.
- Drive LOH and ICAR improvement initiatives and ensure effective closure.
- Identify and mitigate equipment risks using EFMEA and proactive monitoring.
- Support qualification and validation for new equipment, products, and process changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement and quality enhancements.
- Review audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Support customer complaint investigations, failure analysis, and reliability assessments.
- Prepare and present technical updates and Change Management Board reviews.

- Must-have: Minimum 10 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, preferably in Backend Test; experience in test equipment engineering, manufacturing, or process quality.

- Must-have: Practical knowledge of SPC, FMEA, failure analysis, and reliability assessment.
- Must-have: Familiarity with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards and audit requirements.

- Nice-to-have: Hands-on experience with equipment qualification/validation processes, Change Management Board participation, and leading LOH/ICAR/EFMEA activities.
Education Requirements
