Role Summary

Technical lead responsible for architecting and designing high-volume automotive SoC platforms (ADAS & IVI-class) on leading-edge process nodes. Works across Arm product IP, system architecture, and partner engagements to deliver production-quality silicon focused on performance, power efficiency, safety and security.

Experience Level

Senior — requires approximately 10+ years of experience in senior development or leadership roles within the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

Lead SoC architecture definition, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and support partner/customer engagements to bring architectures to production.

• Design and develop SoC architecture based on Arm IP and system requirements for automotive devices.
• Coordinate across Arm architecture and core technology teams to align roadmaps and feature development.
• Collaborate with SoC architects and engineering teams to scale projects across multiple partners and parallel engagements.
• Manage on-time integration of Arm IP into SoCs and ensure learnings feed back into future IP development.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement; track industry trends and new technologies.
• Lead partner/customer architecture discussions and mature specifications for implementation.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and domain experience for immediate contribution.

• Proven experience architecting scalable automotive SoCs on leading-edge nodes.
• Experience developing FuSa-compliant architectures supporting mixed-criticality compute up to ASIL-D; working knowledge of FMEA, fault detection, management, and isolation techniques.
• Expertise in multiple areas such as heterogeneous compute, power management, clocking, coherent/non-coherent interconnects, PCIe/CXL, multi-level caching, profiling/debug, security/access control, virtualization, memory hierarchies, advanced packaging (2.5D/3D), performance/power modeling, accelerators, and DRAM technologies.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills; able to present at executive level.
• Ability to influence across engineering and business organizations and drive execution, strategy, and change.

Education Requirements
