Associate RF Engineer
Role Summary
Work on the R&D team to design, develop, test, characterize, and document RF products and prototypes. Support advanced development projects, coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams, and provide technical support for customer evaluations.
This position is based in Attleboro, Massachusetts and requires on-site presence.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include hands-on engineering, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Design, develop, test, characterize, and document new and existing RF products.
- Support R&D execution of advanced development projects and technical initiatives.
- Collaborate with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Marketing to resolve product issues.
- Provide second-level technical support for customer inquiries and engineering evaluations.
- Support laboratory activities: test setup, product characterization, data analysis, and prototype evaluation.
- Follow project management and documentation procedures and participate in knowledge-sharing and training.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and work requirements, plus concise preferred skills.
- Required: RF and microwave engineering fundamentals and practical lab/testing experience.
- Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Required: Strong technical written and verbal communication.
- Required: Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in cross-functional teams, and deliver results.
- Required: This position requires U.S. Person status under ITAR/EAR (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
- Preferred: CAD and simulation tools (SolidWorks, Ansys) experience.
- Preferred: Experience with RF laboratory equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer, etc.).
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required. No alternate degree fields or equivalent-experience language is specified.
