Job Title
Associate Engineer, Reliability Lab (12-hour shift)
Role Summary
Support semiconductor reliability testing and laboratory operations to ensure compliant, accurate, and traceable test results. Work within a reliability lab team to execute qualification tests, maintain equipment uptime, and support audits and continuous improvement.

Entry-level; requires approximately 2 years of semiconductor industry experience.
Responsibilities
Execute test plans, maintain lab operations, and produce accurate test data and reports.
- Execute reliability test plans (qualification, process reliability monitoring, engineering evaluations).
- Prepare test samples, set up and operate test equipment; monitor and maintain test conditions for data integrity and traceability.
- Troubleshoot test and equipment issues with guidance from engineers; support equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and maintaining records per QMS requirements.
- Ensure lab safety, ESD controls, and housekeeping standards are met.
- Collect, analyze, verify reliability test data and produce reports; identify opportunities to improve lab efficiency and process robustness.

- About 2 years of semiconductor industry experience, preferably in reliability or test laboratories.
- Prior experience in a semiconductor reliability or testing laboratory.
- Strong understanding of reliability test concepts and semiconductor processes.
- Experience operating, calibrating, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems such as ISO 17025, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001.
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills; familiarity with data analytics or visualization tools is a plus.
- Able to support a 12-hour day shift schedule (4-3-3-4).
Education Requirements
