Associate Engineer, Product Engineering (Mfg.)

Role Summary

Work on product qualification and transfer activities for semiconductor products manufactured at different fabs and assembly sites. Responsibilities include electrical characterization, yield analysis, test program creation, and support of reliability and validation activities for transferred or redesigned products.

This is an engineering position supporting manufacturing test and product qualification to ensure products meet electrical and reliability requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full qualification of products transferred between fabs, assembly houses, or after redesigns or wafer-size changes.

  • Debug programs and perform bench-level electrical characterization.
  • Support testing, validation, and failure/reliability reject analysis.
  • Determine worst-case supply conditions and generate guard-bands and test limits.
  • Create, release, and maintain test programs for manufacturing.
