Associate Engineer, Product Engineering (Mfg.)
Role Summary
Responsible for qualifying alternate backend test facilities to support ADI products by verifying site capability, validating product setups, and analyzing qualification data. The role manages qualification projects from initiation to completion and works with global cross-functional teams to ensure test sites meet technical, quality, and operational requirements.
Experience Level
Entry-level (Graduate). Suitable for recent graduates or engineers with limited industry experience (approximately 0β3 years).
Responsibilities
Primary duties include planning and executing backend test-site qualifications, hands-on test setup, data analysis, and cross-team coordination.
- Lead or support qualification of backend test facilities for product transfer.
- Drive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; manage multiple concurrent qualification projects.
- Coordinate with global cross-functional teams (Product, Test, Manufacturing, Quality).
- Assess receiving-site capabilities: equipment readiness, process alignment, and documentation.
- Gather and validate product setup, processing requirements, and test requirements.
- Perform or support ATE setup and hands-on test activities to collect qualification data.
- Analyze qualification data, identify risks and gaps, and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Support software debugging and circuit-level troubleshooting as needed.
- Ensure compliance with qualification standards and maintain required documentation and reports.
- Document and present qualification results and technical recommendations to stakeholders.

Nice-to-have / Preferred
- Experience with semiconductor test systems, bench equipment, or backend manufacturing and test operations.
- Experience in site-to-site product transfer or qualification.
- Exposure to programming for debugging (Visual Basic, C, or similar) and automation scripting.
- Strong circuit analysis fundamentals.
- Familiarity with or interest in AI-based tools for data collection, analysis, and automation.
- Hands-on ATE setup and test execution experience.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Semiconductor, or a related engineering field is specified as a requirement.
