Associate Engineer, Product Engineering (Mfg)

Role Summary

Support manufacturing and test operations for products at ADI's Cavite manufacturing site. The role focuses on sustaining manufacturing, improving yield and test efficiency, supporting new product releases, and performing failure analysis to maintain product performance.

Experience Level

Entry-level (Graduate job). Suitable for recent graduates or candidates with approximately 0–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support to maintain and improve manufacturing and test processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide manufacturing support and sustaining activities to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives such as yield improvements and test-time reductions.
  • Manage material disposition and perform manufacturing control hit validation.
  • Collect and analyze production and test data to monitor and improve product performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support new product releases and meet release timelines.
  • Support failure analysis investigations and implement corrective actions.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; able to present ideas clearly.
  • Proficient at compiling, organizing, and presenting printed and electronic information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision when given detailed guidance.
  • Willingness to work a shifting schedule to meet operational needs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for work-related activities.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with semiconductor test and/or bench equipment.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
