Role Summary

The Associate Engineer maintains product health for a portfolio of RF products by supporting manufacturing lines, monitoring and improving yield, and resolving quality issues. The role partners with test, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams at the Gen. Trias Product Engineering (Manufacturing) site.

Responsibilities include ownership of test/product limits, datasheet/spec validation, continuous improvement, and protecting delivery and quality. Required travel: No.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include:

  • Provide day-to-day manufacturing line support: triage issues, drive containment, and coordinate disposition decisions.
  • Monitor yield and product health, identify trends, and lead data-driven investigations to implement corrective actions.
  • Execute internal and external quality issue management: root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and stakeholder updates.
  • Participate in generation and change control of product/test limits to ensure stable production screening.
  • Support datasheet and specification maintenance by validating changes with data and aligning with cross-functional partners.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve test robustness, efficiency, and product quality.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

  • Basic product and test knowledge with understanding of manufacturing and test flows.
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills; able to provide clear recommendations and concise updates.
  • Project management and execution discipline across cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ownership mentality.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with RF products or RF testing.
  • Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and quality processes.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for analysis or automation.
