Associate Engineer, Product Engineering (Manufacturing)
Role Summary
Provide manufacturing and test product engineering support at the Cavite GTC. The role focuses on sustaining production, improving yield and test efficiency, supporting new product releases, and performing failure analysis to maintain product performance and production throughput.
Experience Level
Entry-level (graduate). Suitable for recent graduates; no explicit years of prior experience required.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include hands-on support for manufacturing and test operations and continuous improvement activities.
- Provide manufacturing support and sustaining activities to address production issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities, including yield improvements and test-time reductions.
- Handle material disposition and validate manufacturing control hits to ensure correct handling of materials.
- Collect and analyze product performance data to monitor and enhance quality.
- Support new product releases by coordinating with manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams to meet release requirements and timelines.
- Provide failure analysis support to investigate and resolve product issues.
- Support manufacturing engineering activities for the LTX platform.
- Lead or participate in engineering improvements targeting yield, on-time delivery, OEE/ROQ/YRR metrics.
Requirements

- Proficient at compiling, organizing, and presenting printed and electronic technical information.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision when given guidance.
- Willingness to work a shifting schedule to meet operational needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multi-functional team; good planning and prioritization skills; strong interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with semiconductor test and/or bench equipment.
Education Requirements
Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
