Associate Engineer, Product Engineering (Manufacturing)

Role Summary

Support manufacturing test and product health for a portfolio of RF products by providing day-to-day manufacturing line support, monitoring yield and quality, and driving corrective actions. Work with cross-functional teams to maintain test limits, support datasheet/spec updates, and improve test robustness and efficiency.

Experience Level

Entry-level β€” suitable for recent graduates or engineers with approximately 0–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Accountable for product quality and production test stability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide daily manufacturing line support: triage issues, implement containment, and coordinate disposition decisions to protect delivery and quality.
  • Monitor yield and product health; identify trends, perform data-driven investigations, and drive corrective actions to closure.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and execution of corrective/preventive actions for internal and external quality issues; communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Participate in generation and change control of product/test limits to ensure stable screening and clear documentation.
  • Validate datasheet and specification changes with data and align updates with cross-functional partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen test robustness, efficiency, and product quality.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and behaviors for this role:

  • Basic understanding of product and test flows in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills; able to make clear recommendations and concise updates.
  • Project management and execution discipline when working across cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous-improvement mindset and ownership mentality; able to drive improvements to closure.
  • Ability to perform or coordinate root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Nice-to-have:

  • Background with RF products.
  • Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and quality processes.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis or process improvement.
