Associate Engineer — Product Engineering (Manufacturing)

Role Summary

Provide manufacturing test and product engineering support for production at Analog Devices' Global Technology Center in Cavite. The role focuses on sustaining manufacturing operations, troubleshooting failures, and supporting new product releases across cross-functional teams.

Work contributes to yield, cost, and quality improvements in semiconductor test and manufacturing processes.

Experience Level

Entry-level / Graduate. Suitable for recent graduates; typically 0–3 years' experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Provide manufacturing support and sustaining activities to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities such as yield and test-time improvements.
  • Manage material disposition and manufacturing control hit validation.
  • Collect and analyze product performance data to monitor and improve quality.
  • Support new product releases by coordinating with manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams to meet release requirements and timelines.
  • Perform failure analysis and provide prompt investigation and resolution support.

Requirements

Must-have and preferred qualifications:

  • Must-have: Proficient at compiling and organizing printed and electronic information; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision when given guidance; willing to work a shifting schedule.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with semiconductor test and/or bench equipment; experience working in global, multi-functional teams; strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Education Requirements

Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (bachelor's degree implied). Related technical degrees or equivalent technical education acceptable. No certifications specified.
