Associate Engineer, Product Engineering (Manufacturing)

Role Summary

Support manufacturing test and product engineering activities to maintain product quality, improve yield and reduce cost. Work with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, test engineering) to validate controls, handle material disposition, support new product releases, and investigate failures.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focus on sustaining manufacturing operations, improving efficiency, and supporting releases and failure investigations.

  • Provide manufacturing support and sustaining activities to resolve production issues.
  • Identify and implement cost-reduction and yield-improvement opportunities, including test-time reductions.
  • Manage material disposition and perform manufacturing control hit validation.
  • Collect and analyze product performance data to monitor quality and trends.
  • Support new product releases by coordinating with manufacturing, quality, and other teams to meet release requirements and timelines.
  • Perform failure analysis and provide timely technical support for issue resolution.

Requirements

Education Requirements

Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
