Associate Engineer - IC Design
Role Summary
Entry-level IC design engineer supporting circuit design, simulation, verification, and silicon bring-up for mixed-signal SoC components. Works within the IC design team and collaborates with layout, test, firmware, and system engineering to deliver designs that meet specifications.
Primary mission: implement and validate circuit blocks, support characterization and debug, and produce documentation and release materials.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform circuit design and simulations using SPICE-style tools and EDA environments.
- Support block-level verification, participate in design reviews, and implement reviewer feedback.
- Plan, execute, and analyze characterization and validation tests; debug silicon issues.
- Prepare design documentation, test plans, and hand-off packages for layout and test teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (layout, firmware, test engineering) to meet schedules and product requirements.
