Role Summary
Provide engineering support to sustain, optimize, and validate Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms to ensure stable, reliable tester operations in production. Work with operations, product engineering, and development teams to maintain tester availability, perform conversions and upgrades, and support calibration and compliance activities.

Entry-level / Graduate (Graduate Job). Suitable for early-career engineers and new graduates.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day tasks and project responsibilities focused on tester availability, configuration, calibration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide daily engineering support and troubleshooting for production testers.
- Investigate complex failures and drive root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
- Lead tester configuration changes, platform conversions, upgrades, and reallocation activities.
- Perform bring-up, validation, and GR&R support to ensure system readiness for production release.
- Ensure calibration compliance; support timing calibration, RF validation, and system verification.
- Minimize downtime, support high-priority line-down escalations, and improve preventive maintenance effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, checklists, and best practices; support cost-savings initiatives.

Must-have: Ability to support and troubleshoot ATE/test systems including hardware, software, RF, and timing-related issues.

Must-have: Experience with tester configuration, validation (bring-up, GR&R), calibration activities, and maintaining measurement documentation.

Must-have: Effective collaboration and communication with operations and cross-functional engineering teams; clear technical documentation skills.
