Role Summary

Responsible for executing verification and testing of power ICs on evaluation boards (EVB) and customer system boards, maintaining lab equipment, and supporting PCB SMT coordination and administrative processes. Works with applications engineers to develop test procedures and deliver verification data and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Primary duties include test execution, documentation, lab management, and board rework.

• Execute power IC verification and testing on EVBs and system boards (e.g., VCORE spreadsheets, power roadtests).
• Define and document test procedures and guidelines.
• Rework MPS EVBs and customer system boards; replace SMD/DIP components.
• Coordinate PCB SMT requests from Taiwan teams.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure a clean, organized lab environment.
• Handle administrative tasks including purchasing, sample delivery, and routine paperwork.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and workplace capabilities.

• Basic knowledge of electronic components.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to perform PCB rework and handle lab equipment safely.
