Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include design support, simulation, testing, documentation, and team participation.
- Assist in designing and developing analog and mixed-signal ICs (sensor interfaces, data converters, multiplexers, active/passive filters, power distribution).
- Perform simulations and validation testing to verify performance against specifications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and test reports.
- Participate in design reviews and cross-functional team meetings.
- Support debugging and troubleshooting of analog circuit issues under supervision.
- Use laboratory equipment to characterize and test designs following standard procedures.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and tools.
- Basic knowledge of analog circuit design (amplifiers, filters, data converters).
- Foundational understanding of mixed-signal IC integration.
- Basic proficiency with simulation tools such as SPICE and Cadence Virtuoso.
- Familiarity with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, function generators, spectrum analyzers.
- Basic CMOS technology knowledge relevant to integrated circuits.
- Fundamental understanding of IC physical layout considerations.
Nice-to-have:
- Internship or project experience in analog/mixed-signal design.
