Associate Analog Design Engineer
Role Summary
Entry-level engineering role on an analog/mixed-signal IC design team. The engineer will support design, simulation, testing, and documentation of analog circuits under mentorship while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Entry-level - 0β2 years of relevant experience (Graduate-level role).
Responsibilities
Work with experienced engineers to develop and validate analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
- Assist in designing analog and mixed-signal IC blocks (sensor interfaces, data converters, filters, power distribution, multiplexers).
- Perform simulations and basic validation to verify designs meet specifications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and test reports.
- Participate in design reviews and team meetings; support debugging and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Engage in learning activities and apply standard design methodologies.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for work-related activities.
Requirements
Minimum technical skills and hands-on experience expected for the role.
- Basic knowledge of analog circuit design and analysis (amplifiers, filters, data converters).
- Foundational understanding of mixed-signal integration between analog and digital domains.
- Basic proficiency with simulation tools such as SPICE and Cadence Virtuoso.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, function generators, spectrum analyzers).
- Basic understanding of CMOS technology principles for ICs.
- Fundamental awareness of integrated circuit physical layout considerations.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. The role targets graduates or candidates with 0β2 years of relevant experience; internship or project experience in analog/mixed-signal design is a plus.
