Role Summary
Responsible for monitoring and improving supplier assembly quality to ensure reliable product delivery. Works with suppliers and internal failure analysis (FA) teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and qualify new assembly processes and suppliers.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include supplier quality management, data-driven monitoring, failure analysis coordination, and supplier/process qualification.
- Handle assembly quality issues: verify root cause and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively and in a timely manner to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and quarterly performance ratings; discuss technical and quality issues with suppliers to support continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze weekly assembly yield, defect modes, and SPC; perform daily checks of assembly WIP to ensure short cycle times and on-time delivery.
- Perform risk assessments and disposition for wafer incoming issues at suppliers and for on-hold lots with assembly issues on the test floor.
- Generate and evaluate supplier quality reports, establish baselines, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with FA engineers to identify assembly failures, determine root cause, and implement corrective actions with assemblers.
- Coordinate qualification of new suppliers, materials, package types, and assembly processes.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills, language, and location requirements.
- Familiarity with general assembly processes and QA controls (8D, CAR, FMEA, SPC).
- Knowledge of basic failure analysis (FA) concepts and reliability principles.
- Fluent English writing and speaking skills.
- Work location: Ningbo; role is stationed at Ningbo FHEC.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related discipline (本科及以上学历,工程或相关专业).
