Role Summary
Lead verification of ASIC designs, develop and execute verification plans, and coordinate with design and validation teams to ensure functional correctness and coverage closure. The role is part of the ASIC Digital Design engineering team based in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include:
- Define and drive verification strategy and plans for ASIC blocks or subsystems.
- Develop and maintain SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches and directed/stimulus tests.
- Create and maintain functional coverage models; analyze and close coverage gaps.
- Debug RTL and verification environments using simulation and waveform tools.
- Collaborate with RTL designers, CAD, and validation teams to resolve integration issues.
- Mentor junior verification engineers and perform design/review of verification deliverables.
Requirements
Must-have and nice-to-have qualifications:
- Must-have: Proven ASIC verification experience with strong SystemVerilog and UVM skills.
- Must-have: Experience with industry simulation and debug tools and coverage-driven verification methodologies.
- Must-have: Scripting ability for automation (e.g., Python, Perl, TCL).
- Nice-to-have: Experience with emulation, formal verification, low-power verification, or SOC-level integration.
- Nice-to-have: Experience leading verification projects or technical mentorship at the staff level.
