Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute verification plans and testbenches for ASIC components using SystemVerilog/UVM.
  • Run simulations, analyze results, and debug RTL, testbenches, and hardware-related issues.
  • Collaborate with digital designers, architecture teams, EDA/FPGA engineers and external partners across the product lifecycle.
  • Represent the verification team during design reviews and report progress, risks and issue resolution to stakeholders.
  • Support prototype bring-up, lab validation and production verification activities.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to less-experienced engineers.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

  • 3+ years of VLSI verification experience using SystemVerilog and UVM.
  • Strong understanding of digital logic, VLSI principles and computer architecture.
  • Proven ability to verify and debug integrated circuits, architectures and algorithms.
  • Proficiency with hardware description languages, scripting/programming and EDA or FPGA tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and outsourced development partners in a hybrid setting.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience leading projects or guiding verification strategy for complex VLSI designs.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end prototype and production VLSI workflows.
