ASIC RA Engineer
Role Summary
The ASIC RA Engineer supports ASIC reliability assurance and lab operations by enabling test readiness, maintaining critical test hardware, and executing reliability-related activities. The role ensures testers, probers, handlers, ovens, and associated infrastructure are configured, calibrated, and available to support engineering and production testing.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Configure, set up, calibrate, and maintain UltraFlex CP and FT testers.
- Set up and maintain TEL probers and Chroma handlers; perform routine checks.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support probe cards and load boards.
- Manage lab logistics including inventory control, equipment allocation, and scheduling coordination.
- Execute pass/fail verification for tested devices, analyze results, and report findings.
- Set up HTOL ovens, execute HTOL test flows, and validate BI boards.
- Support lab and reliability infrastructure readiness to enable timely engineering execution and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and allocate test resources.
Requirements
Must-have and preferred skills:

Must-have: Hands-on experience in ASIC ATE test operation.
- Working knowledge and experience with HTOL setup and execution.
- Experience with test equipment setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting in a lab or manufacturing support environment.
- Ability to analyze test outcomes and provide clear, accurate reporting.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Working-level English proficiency for documentation and cross-functional communication.

Nice-to-have: Experience with UltraFlex CP/FT tester operation and maintenance; familiarity with TEL probers, Chroma handlers, probe cards, and load boards; experience in lab logistics coordination and equipment scheduling; understanding of reliability test execution flows and hardware readiness requirements for ASIC products.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
