- Proficiency across the full physical design flow from RTL to GDSII, with a focus on physical implementation.
- Strong engineering knowledge of IC design, implementation flows, and deep-submicron design challenges.
- Advanced place-and-route and sign-off skills, including static timing analysis (STA), parasitic verification (PV), and electromigration/IR analysis (EMIR).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; effective communicator able to influence cross-functional teams.
- Nice-to-have: experience with Synopsys P&R and sign-off toolchains and mixed-signal IP implementation.
Education Requirements
