Role Summary

Design and deliver RTL for Silicon Lifecycle Management (SLM) IP, including monitoring, security, and telemetry features for advanced 3D-IC projects. Work across RTL implementation, testbench development, integration, debug, and customer support as part of a global engineering team.

Experience Level

Senior. The posting indicates 4+ years of hands-on RTL design and verification experience; role expects senior technical contributions and cross-team leadership.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include RTL design, verification, and resolving integration issues.

• Design and implement RTL for SLM IP blocks (monitoring, security, telemetry) targeting next-generation 3D-IC architectures.
• Develop directed and constrained-random SystemVerilog test cases and maintain rigorous testbenches.
• Debug complex issues using waveforms, synthesis tools, formal verification, and customer-reported scenarios.
• Collaborate with verification, physical design, and architecture teams to meet timing, area, and power targets.
• Work directly with customers and field application engineers to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure design quality and maintainability.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and verifying RTL in Verilog or SystemVerilog for ASIC or FPGA projects.
• Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools for simulation, synthesis, and static timing analysis.
• Experience writing TCL scripts to automate design flows and run regressions.
• Practical understanding of formal verification methodologies and integration into verification plans.
• Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments for development, scripting, and tool execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Nice to have: experience with 3D-IC architectures, SLM/telemetry/security IP, and prior customer-facing debug in production environments.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
