Role Summary
Senior digital design and verification engineer on the ASIC team at Synopsys. The role focuses on RTL design/verification, creating and running simulations, debugging, and supporting application engineers and customers on memory PHY topics (HBM/DDR).

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Create, maintain, and debug testbenches and test cases for ASIC digital designs.
- Run and analyze RTL and gate-level simulations; perform simulation-based debugging.
- Support application engineers and customers on HBM/DDR PHY and related topics.
- Contribute to technical documentation and verification plans.
- Identify and drive product improvements based on customer feedback and verification results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and integration issues.
Requirements
Must-have and nice-to-have qualifications:
- Must-have: Demonstrated specialization in ASIC RTL design and verification.
- Must-have: Proficiency in Verilog and experience with simulation and debugging flows.
- Must-have: Familiarity with static timing analysis and synthesis methodologies.
- Must-have: Scripting experience (Perl, Tcl, Python) for automation and testbench development.
- Must-have: Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with HBM/DDR protocols and PHY-level topics.
- Nice-to-have: Experience supporting customers or application engineers on silicon/IP integration.
