Responsibilities

- Set technical strategy and roadmap for ASIC digital design within the organization.
- Lead, recruit, and mentor multiple engineering teams and technical leads.
- Own delivery of digital IP and SoC design projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality results.
- Drive architecture, implementation, verification, synthesis, and timing-closure decisions.
- Collaborate with product management, customers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and priorities.
- Represent the team in technical reviews and customer engagements.
