ASIC Development Engineer
Role Summary
Work on design, verification, emulation, and validation of digital integrated circuits for storage and memory controller SoCs in the Data Center Solutions business unit. Contribute across pre-silicon design, emulation/debug, and post-silicon bring-up toward production-ready silicon.

Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities include:
- Pre-silicon design and verification of digital blocks and SoCs.
- Emulation and debug of IP and system-level solutions.
- Post-silicon integration, bring-up, and validation.
- Learn and apply SoC architecture, relevant protocols (e.g., PCIe), and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and produce technical documentation.
Requirements
Must-have and preferred skills:
- Strong programming/scripting skills, e.g., C++ and Python.
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong problem solving and hardware/software debugging skills.
- Experience with Verilog and/or VHDL is an asset.
- Familiarity with ASIC design and verification flow is an asset.
- Experience with PCIe protocols is an asset.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
