Role Summary

Senior engineering manager responsible for leading ASIC digital design and verification teams in Hsinchu. The role focuses on delivering complex ASIC projects on schedule while ensuring technical quality, cross-team coordination, and engineering growth.

Experience Level

Senior - typically 7+ years of relevant ASIC design and verification experience, with prior people and project management responsibility.

Responsibilities

Manage technical delivery, schedules, and team performance for ASIC digital design and verification projects.

• Lead and mentor engineers in design and verification teams.
• Define project schedules, milestones, and drive on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional interactions with architecture, back-end, and system teams.
• Ensure design quality through reviews, verification strategy, and release criteria.
• Recruit, develop, and retain technical talent.
• Identify process improvements and implement engineering best practices.

• Nice-to-have: Scripting or automation experience (Python, Tcl, or similar).
