ASIC Design Engineer
Role Summary
Design and implement RTL for SoC units and features, collaborate with architecture, verification, physical design, and software teams, and support silicon bring-up. The team delivers ASICs for GPU, AI, and autonomous-system products.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include micro-architecture, RTL development, verification coordination, and post-silicon support.
- Work with system architects to define functional and performance requirements.
- Define micro-architecture and develop RTL for owned units/features.
- Coordinate with verification and physical-design teams to ensure correct verification and implementation.
- Own silicon bring-up activities in conjunction with post-silicon validation and software teams.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills, tools experience, and interpersonal abilities.
- 2+ years of ASIC/RTL design experience.
- Proven ability to implement complex features or units.
- Strong micro-architecture skills and RTL coding in Verilog or SystemVerilog.
- Experience with synthesis, lint, simulation (VCS or equivalent) and debug tools (e.g., Debussy, GDB).
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and scripting skills.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Nice-to-have: experience in memory controller, MMU, interconnect, or cache-controller design.
Education Requirements
