Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities focus on creating and maintaining tests, automation, and debug flows for architecture compliance:
- Analyze architecture definitions, perform feasibility studies, and define verification strategy.
- Design and implement verification testcases and scenarios in assembly, C, HVL, or higher-abstraction languages.
- Develop architecture compliance tests to validate CPU behavior, low-level execution flows, and system-level scenarios.
- Build and maintain automation for test generation, execution, and result analysis.
- Develop and improve reusable test infrastructure and debug workflows across implementations.
- Document findings and communicate results to architects and engineering teams.
Requirements
Must-have and nice-to-have skills, distilled from the posting.
Must-have:
- Proven experience writing low-level tests and system software using C.
- Assembly programming experience for low-level test development.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills for CPU behavior and low-level execution issues.
- Experience with scripting and automation for test generation, execution, or result analysis.
