Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide customer-facing technical support for DFT implementation and debug.
- Analyze post-layout and silicon issues; perform failure analysis and recommend fixes.
- Develop and validate test plans, ATPG flows, and test patterns.
- Create automation and scripts for verification, test data analysis, and tool flows.
- Collaborate with product, R&D, and design teams to improve DFT methodologies and tool usability.
- Document technical findings, produce reports, and deliver training or presentations as required.
Requirements
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in DFT concepts and practices, including scan insertion and ATPG or equivalent.
- Familiarity with RTL/design languages (Verilog/SystemVerilog) and basic timing concepts.
- Scripting ability (Tcl, Python, or similar) for automation and data analysis.
- Experience debugging silicon, bring-up, or working with post-silicon validation.
- Strong communication skills for technical collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Nice-to-have: experience with commercial DFT/ATPG tools and flows.
