Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to diagnose SI, PI, and EMC issues for chips, packages, and PCBs and recommend simulation approaches using Ansys HFSS, SIwave, and Q3D.
  • Provide training and coaching to customer engineering teams across skill levels.
  • Work with product development to communicate customer requirements, test beta releases, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Support sales with technical evaluations, competitive benchmarks, and proof-of-concept projects.
  • Manage multiple customer projects, follow through on commitments, and meet deliverables.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in signal integrity, power integrity, EMC, or related areas in design, validation, or product development environments.
  • Strong analytical and systematic problem‑solving skills; able to form hypotheses, isolate root causes, and drive resolutions when simulation and measurement disagree.
  • Effective communicator who can explain complex technical issues clearly to customers and internal teams.
  • Experience with commercial CAE, CAD, or EDA tools; direct experience with Ansys products is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
  • Experience working in an international environment or using English professionally is a plus.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field with focus on electromagnetics, signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), EMC, or related disciplines.
