Role Summary
Entry-level applications engineer responsible for validating and supporting power IC products. The role works with product, design, and field teams to develop reference circuits, verification tests, documentation, and customer support materials.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include product verification, documentation, reference designs, and customer support.
- Execute IC roadtests for system-level IC verification.
- Participate in product development and coordinate IC features and revision items with TME/DE/PE teams.
- Author product documents and develop hardware/software: datasheets, evaluation boards, application notes, GUI, and benchmark reports.
- Design and validate application reference circuits; support schematic and PCB layout review.
- Provide application support to key customers and field application engineers.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and practical lab experience.
- Basic knowledge of power electronics: DC/DC converters, AC/DC converters, power devices, and magnetic components.
- Hands-on experience in power-circuit design or modeling (DC/DC, AC/DC, inverters, or other power topologies).
- Experimental lab skills and familiarity with oscilloscope, power supplies, function generators, and network analyzers.
- Simulation experience with tools such as Simplis, PSim, SPICE.
- Functional English for reading, writing, and speaking.
Education Requirements
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) or higher, with a major in power electronics, is required.
