Role Summary

Entry-level field-facing engineer providing technical support for the application and integration of power semiconductor products. The role focuses on customer-facing troubleshooting, system-level evaluation, lab testing, and representation at customer meetings and technical events.

Experience Level

Entry-level (new graduate). Fresh graduates are welcome; no minimum years of professional experience required.

Responsibilities

Primary duties include:

• Provide technical application support to customers for MPS products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system- and application-level issues on customer requests.
• Perform lab testing, prototype evaluation, and validation of power circuits.
• Evaluate customer requirements and prepare technical/functional input for proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, QA) to address technical issues.
• Represent the company at seminars, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Document test results, application notes, and design recommendations.

Requirements

Key qualifications and skills.

• Must-have: Good understanding of schematics and PCB layout tools; hands-on use of laboratory equipment to analyze analog circuits.
• Must-have: Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience in analog power-management electronics, DC–DC converter design and implementation, and passive component selection (preferred; fresh graduates considered).
• Familiarity with power-delivery architectures and system-level power design.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BS/BE) or higher in Electrical Engineering. Fresh graduates are explicitly welcome. The posting does not provide alternative-equivalent experience language beyond this degree requirement.
