Role Summary
Support development, characterization, and customer adoption of KLA's eBeam wafer inspection and metrology products. Work with product, engineering, sales, and customers to design experiments, analyze data, demonstrate tool capabilities, and enable product deployment.

Responsibilities
Primary duties include:
- Design and execute test plans to characterize next-generation wafer inspection, review, and metrology products; collect and analyze data and publish application notes and best practices.
- Develop and present tool demonstrations and use cases to support sales and customer evaluations.
- Provide customer-facing support during beta tests, evaluations, and head-to-head comparisons; investigate yield issues and recommend inspection/review/metrology solutions.
- Train customers and internal teams; prepare product value statements, technical documentation, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to drive product adoption.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% on short notice; trips may last multiple weeks.
Requirements
Technical skills and professional attributes required or strongly preferred:
- Ability to perform complex data and image analysis using data-analysis tools or software.
- Experience or familiarity with IC processing and semiconductor equipment is strongly desirable.
- Proven communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; frequent presentation to internal and external customers expected.
- Self-driven, high-energy, able to work autonomously and manage projects with limited supervision.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across functions.
Education Requirements
Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is listed as the minimum qualification. Educational background in engineering or physics is desired; equivalent advanced technical experience may be considered.
