Role Summary

Join Nexperia's Integrated Circuit Solutions (ICS) business group to accelerate and expand the ICS design pipeline across the Americas. The role provides technical support to customers and partners, builds relationships with design engineers and distributors, and supports marketing to increase product visibility.

Work closely with Regional Marketing Managers, Product Marketing Engineers, account teams and cross-BG application teams to promote Nexperia products and support customer designs.

Experience Level

Mid-level. Minimum 3 years of experience in design engineering or application engineering.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and hands-on support to customers and internal teams to drive design wins for ICS products.

• Work with Account Managers, Business Development, FAEs, distributors and sales to grow and accelerate the ICS design pipeline in the Americas.
• Act as a product and roadmap expert for relevant BG ICS products.
• Provide technical support, training and demonstrations to customers and partners.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with design engineers and distributor teams.
• Support marketing initiatives, represent Nexperia at events, and seek speaking opportunities.
• Promote and apply advanced support tools: models, evaluation systems, and technical documentation.
• Create application materials: schematics, demo boards, simulations and reference designs.
• Collaborate with AE teams across business groups to coordinate product promotion.

Requirements

Technical and interpersonal skills required to support customers across multiple markets.

• Familiarity with electronic product design processes, component selection and qualification.
• Strong technical understanding of analog ICs and power management ICs and common design challenges.
• Direct experience with Power Management ICs and/or signal-chain components.
• Experience supporting automotive, server, industrial or commercial applications.
• Basic data analysis, visualization and interpretation skills.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills; proven analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Team player, self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work in global cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering or a related discipline (stated requirement in the posting).
