Role Summary
Entry-level engineering role responsible for developing hardware and software for high-volume testing of RF and mmWave phased-array radar, analog sensors, and digital AI controllers for automotive applications. Work closely with internal and external circuit design teams to accelerate functional verification and deliver cost-effective manufacturing test solutions.

Responsibilities
Primary technical and cross-functional duties.
- Develop robust test software using Java and Python.
- Design RF and analog test PCBs; use Cadence Allegro and simulation tools.
- Collaborate with RF/analog circuit designers to define verification methods and debug IC data.
- Create and validate methods for high-volume manufacturing tests for RF/mmWave and analog devices.
- Support data analysis to accelerate time-to-market and improve test coverage.
- Perform work in compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
Requirements
Core technical expectations and desirable skills.
- Must-have: Proficiency in Python and Java with approximately 1 year of practical experience.
- Must-have: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must-have: Demonstrated ability to develop and debug software for test automation in Linux and/or Windows environments.
- Nice-to-have: Prior internship or co-op experience related to RF/analog test or semiconductor testing.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Cadence Allegro and RF simulation tools, mmWave equipment and calibration procedures.
- Nice-to-have: Leadership or project experience, project management skills, and familiarity using AI tools to assist data analysis and programming.
Education Requirements
Graduating with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited program. The posting specifies a minimum overall GPA of 3.5. (No certifications or equivalent-experience exceptions were stated.)
