Role Summary

Design and implement analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits including amplifiers, filters, data converters, and power management circuits. Collaborate with verification, validation, and layout teams to meet specifications and performance targets.

Hands-on design role based in Pune; responsible for circuit-level simulation, layout strategy, design reviews, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and simulate analog and mixed-signal circuits (amplifiers, filters, data converters, power management).
• Perform circuit simulations and analysis to verify performance and identify issues.
• Develop and implement layout strategies to optimize circuit performance and minimize area.
• Collaborate with verification and validation teams to ensure designs meet specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

• Proven experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
• Proficiency with circuit simulation tools such as SPICE.
• Familiarity with layout design principles and layout tools.
• Strong understanding of analog circuit theory and design techniques.

Education Requirements
