Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer
Role Summary
Design and optimize transistor-level analog and mixed-signal circuits for high-speed data interfaces (PLLs, SerDes) while collaborating with experienced analog designers in Atlanta and the company's team in Poland.
Work spans schematic-level design, post-layout analysis, lab characterization, and customer-facing support to ensure high-performance, manufacturable designs.

Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include design, verification, and collaboration across engineering and support teams.
- Develop transistor-level CMOS analog and mixed-signal circuit designs.
- Design and optimize PLLs, SerDes, and other high-speed data interface circuits.
- Perform layout review and post-layout analysis to validate performance.
- Characterize and debug designs in the lab; use high-speed test equipment.
- Provide customer support and technical documentation as needed.
- Automate tasks and analysis using scripting (Perl, Python, or equivalent).
- Collaborate with cross-site teams (Atlanta and Poland) and communicate results clearly.
