Role Summary

Provide technical application support for Custom Compiler and PrimeSim to semiconductor customers, troubleshooting design-environment setup, circuit simulation issues, and tool-flow integration. Work with customers to reproduce problems, deliver solutions, and communicate findings to R&D and product teams.

Produce technical documentation, develop automation scripts to improve workflows, and participate in cross-functional projects to improve product usability and support quality.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers using Custom Compiler and PrimeSim.

• Author technical documentation, application notes, and knowledge-base articles.

• Must-have: Problem-solving ability to reproduce issues and produce actionable test cases for R&D.

• Nice-to-have: Basic scripting experience in Python or TCL, or a demonstrable willingness to learn automation.
