Job Title
Analog IP Design Execution Manager
Role Summary
Lead technical execution and cross-functional delivery of analog and mixed-signal IP, with emphasis on high-speed serial IO and die-to-die interfaces. Own integrated planning and delivery across pre-silicon, post-silicon validation, and production launch while coordinating architecture, analog, logic, validation, and SOC partners.
This is an on-site role in Bangalore; expected in-office at least four days per week.
Experience Level
Senior level β typically requires 8+ years of industry experience with at least 5 years managing technical execution for silicon projects.
Responsibilities
Manage program execution and technical delivery across the IP lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Plan and drive IP program execution from partner engagement through production launch.
- Coordinate across architecture, analog, logic, validation, SOC partners, and other stakeholders.
- Track program status, risks, and metrics; present data-driven status and recovery plans.
- Identify technical problems and lead cross-functional resolution.
- Ensure schedule progress, recommend mitigation and recovery actions.
- Make efficient, transparent decisions to meet aggressive deliverables.
- Communicate clearly to engineers, technical leaders, and executives.
- Conduct post-release retrospectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop team capabilities and maintain productive global partnerships.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- 8+ years industry experience with demonstrated ownership of execution for silicon/IP projects.
- 5+ years managing technical execution and cross-functional programs.
- Proven track record delivering complex mixed-signal and/or high-speed serial IP in advanced process nodes.
- Strong understanding of analog design principles (noise, jitter, matching, stability, linearity) and IP delivery.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end silicon lifecycle from architecture to production qualification.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Experience with silicon bring-up, post-silicon validation, and lab debug of analog circuits.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven design productivity techniques and automation frameworks.
Nice-to-have:
- Deep knowledge of high-speed serial IO (PCIe/CXL, USB) and die-to-die technologies (UCIe, BoW, HBM).
- Hands-on experience in analog circuit design, mixed-signal logic, validation, and physical design.
Education Requirements
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field (required in the posting). Preferred: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
