Analog IC Design Manager
Role Summary
Lead the Wide VIN buck regulator design team responsible for high-performance DC-DC buck converters (input >60V) for industrial and automotive applications. Manage a team of about 15 engineers, set technical direction, and ensure delivery from concept through production while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Experience Level
Senior β minimum 12 years of experience in analog/power management IC design and technical leadership.
Responsibilities
Accountable for technical execution, product quality, and team development across multiple Wide VIN buck projects.
- Lead design execution for multiple Wide VIN buck regulator projects from concept to production.
- Provide deep technical leadership on switching regulators and buck converter architectures.
- Mentor and develop engineers through hands-on guidance, design reviews, and architectural direction.
- Collaborate with systems, verification, layout, validation, and product engineering to define specifications and solutions.
- Drive innovation, execution excellence, and first-pass silicon success.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs aligned with business and product goals.
- Build and maintain a product-first, customer-focused engineering culture.
Requirements

- Strong execution mindset and ability to manage multiple parallel projects.

- Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education Requirements
