Analog IC Design Engineer
Role Summary
Lead and execute analog integrated circuit design projects from definition through release to manufacturing. Work as part of a product development engineering team to deliver analog IC solutions for consumer and mobile applications.
The role includes technical leadership of a small design team, coordination with layout, verification, validation, product engineering and test teams, and interaction with customers and field applications engineering.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include technical leadership, project delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead an analog IC design team and own product delivery from definition to manufacturing.
- Assign and guide team members, develop schedules, and monitor project progress.
- Design, develop, modify and evaluate analog circuits and integrated circuits to meet technical objectives.
- Evaluate intermediate and final design results, and participate in silicon evaluation.
- Coordinate with physical designers and monitor IC layout progress.
- Collaborate with design verification teams to complete pre-production gate tasks.
- Work with systems, application and marketing teams to prepare product briefs, datasheets and application notes; contribute to product definition and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with validation, product engineering and test engineering to enable transfer to production.
- Interface with customers and field teams to support customer designs and resolve issues.
- Participate in hiring, developing and evaluating personnel.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
