Analog Engineer (f/m/d)
Role Summary
Join the hardware development team as an entry-level Analog Design Engineer focused on CMOS analog and mixed-signal blocks for custom ASICs. Work under mentorship to design and verify circuits, produce documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products to mass production.
Experience Level
Entry-level — suitable for recent graduates or engineers at the start of their career.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and verify CMOS analog blocks (amplifiers, oscillators, LDOs, comparators) for custom ASICs, meeting targets for performance, area, power, and schedule.
- Produce clear and accurate documentation for designed circuits.
- Collaborate with layout, digital design, design verification, and test teams to support tape-out and mass production delivery.
- Work with an assigned mentor to develop technical skills and take on increasing responsibility.
- Participate in design reviews and assist with debugging and validation activities.
Requirements
Must-have and preferred skills:
- Must-have: Understanding of analog circuit fundamentals (amplifiers, oscillators, LDOs, comparators).
- Must-have: Good problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Must-have: Results-oriented and able to manage tasks under guidance; willingness to learn.
- Preferred: Familiarity with EDA tools and the Cadence design environment.
- Preferred: Prior project or internship experience with mixed-signal or ASIC design.
- Other: Flexibility for occasional international travel.
Education Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Microelectronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
