Analog Designer (New Grad)
Role Summary
Join the R&D analog design team to design and develop integrated power-management ICs. As a campus hire, you will work across the full product lifecycle — circuit design, verification, and silicon validation — under the mentorship of senior engineers.
Experience Level
Entry-level (new graduate). This role is intended for fresh graduates; prior industry experience is not required.
Responsibilities
Contribute to product development across design, verification, and validation. Key responsibilities include:
- Specify product features and evaluate optimal process nodes.
- Perform transistor-level and system-level analog circuit design.
- Conduct circuit simulation, logic verification, and develop test methodologies.
- Guide and verify physical layout implementation for electrical compliance.
- Lead post-silicon debugging, characterization, and device evaluation.
- Support test program development and product release activities.
- Propose novel circuit concepts, conduct feasibility studies, and assist in preparing documentation and demo hardware.
Requirements
Essential skills and competencies for the role.
- Strong foundation in analog and digital circuit concepts, semiconductor physics, and IC design flows.
- Knowledge of power electronics: topologies, control schemes, stability analysis, and compensation techniques.
- Experience or coursework using circuit simulation and mainstream EDA tools.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to select practical solutions.
- Effective verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.
- Time-management and ability to meet deadlines under guidance from senior engineers.
Education Requirements
Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics. Fresh graduates only.
